Community Guidelines

"A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another." - John 13:34

• Treat all community members with kindness, dignity, and respect
• Disagree graciously and focus on ideas rather than attacking individuals
• Be patient with those who are at different stages in their faith journey
• Assume the best intentions and extend grace in misunderstandings
• Avoid inflammatory language, personal attacks, or hostile behavior

"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness." - 2 Timothy 3:16

• Ground discussions and teachings in biblical truth
• When sharing interpretations, acknowledge different theological perspectives respectfully
• Support claims with Scripture when discussing doctrine or theology
• Be open to learning and growing in understanding of God's Word
• Avoid promoting teachings that clearly contradict core Christian doctrine

"Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt." - Colossians 4:6

• Contribute thoughtfully to discussions with substance and insight
• Ask genuine questions and seek to understand different viewpoints
• Stay on topic and relevant to the conversation at hand
• Avoid spam, excessive self-promotion, or off-topic content
• When correcting others, do so gently and with humility

• Keep all content appropriate for a Christian community of all ages
• No profanity, vulgarity, or sexually explicit content
• Do not share content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Respect privacy—do not share personal information about others without consent
• Report concerning behavior to moderators promptly

• Be genuine and authentic in sharing your experiences and perspectives
• It's okay to struggle and ask difficult questions—we're all growing
• Do not plagiarize or claim others' work as your own
• Share testimonies honestly without exaggeration
• Be transparent about your affiliations when promoting resources or ministries

"Therefore encourage one another and build each other up." - 1 Thessalonians 5:11

• Offer support and prayer for those facing challenges
• Celebrate victories and testimonies of God's faithfulness
• Provide helpful resources and practical wisdom when appropriate
• Be sensitive to those dealing with difficult circumstances
• Encourage others in their walk with Christ

"Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace." - Ephesians 4:3

• We welcome Christians from various denominations and traditions
• Focus on what unites us in Christ rather than denominational differences
• Engage in theological discussions with grace and humility
• Recognize that not all matters are essential to salvation
• Seek understanding before criticizing different Christian practices
